Wilkinson's Hill Country Honey is made in the local Texas hill country on the edge of Lake Travis. Now that the lake is full, the flowers are blooming and it's a wonderful sight to see the bees working hard.
The bees collect pollen and nectar from the native plants and from the gardens created by the home owners. They live in harmony among the other insects and animals.
The bees have a safe place to live in one of three hives. Yes, we are a micro-manufacturing facility. The only healthcare provided here is by the local bee community.
The human-bee hybrid worker wears a neutral white, non-threatening, costume to move effortlessly among the bees. When time comes, the human-bee hybrid worker extracts the bees' precious honey to be bottled and stored in 8 and 12 ounce bottles.
